Also on the culprit list? Potatoes. In any form - chips, fries, etc. Interestingly, the foods that are correlated with weight loss are nuts and yogurt. The researchers hypothesize that they are more satiating foods and yogurt may actually contribute to good bacteria in the colon.
Surprisingly, cheese did not tip the balance either way.
