Sure there’s the Geek Squad (owned by Best Buy), but sometimes a corporate package just won’t do. That’s when you either try to convince your friend’s brother to figure out why your Intertubes are down or find a soft-hearted IT pro using Geekatoo.
You can find someone local and get bids for fixing your computer problems. I haven’t tried it, but I like knowing help is only a click away.
