In Touch

Just bought the new iPod Touch. Here’s my first video:

This was done using the rear-facing camera. The thumbnail for this post was a picture taken with the camera. As you can see, the camera is nowhere near the iPhone, in terms of quality of picture. The resolution is only 0.69 Megapixels (960X720) for still images and only 0.92 Megapixels (1280X720) for video. To give you a sense of comparison, the latest iPhone has a 5 Megapixel camera.

But hey – I’m not a fan of AT&T’s mobile coverage. So there you go.

The hardest thing about the entire purchase? Trying to download the user manual from the Apple site! I use Windows 7 on my PC and it was pretty easy to download the video from my device using the import tools in Windows. FYI.
